Banquet Schusters Bakery is a Pueblo bakery at 115 E Abriendo Avenue with roots going back to 1923. The business grew from two older Pueblo bakeries, Banquet Bakery and Schuster's Bakery, which merged in 1971 and have been run by the Monack family ever since.
The bakery makes breads such as French, round and sliced white, along with donuts, jelly and filled pastries, turnovers, hamburger buns and pocket book rolls. Iced and decorated cakes and pies, including cherry and lemon, are also on the menu. It supplies fresh bread to area restaurants, sandwich shops, food trucks and dining halls.
