Steve’s Snappin’ Dogs

Steve's Snappin' Dogs is a hot dog restaurant at 3525 E Colfax Ave in Denver. The owner says he serves natural-casing beef and pork hot dogs from a New Jersey supplier on fresh buns, with plenty of topping combinations. The menu also includes a Smashburger, deep-fried skin-on fries, beer-battered onion rings, chili-cheese fries, and veggie dogs, vegetarian garden burgers and vegetarian green chili.

For drinks there is fresh-squeezed lemonade and limeade, iced tea and soda, plus a house Snappin' Ale. Dessert options include frozen hot chocolate, chocolate-dipped frozen bananas, snow-cones and cookies. Families are welcome, and birthday parties and mobile-kitchen catering are available. A second location operates at Denver International Airport.
