Hopper’s Sports Grill

Hopper's Sports Grill is a bar and grill on the I-70 Frontage Road in Wheat Ridge, open since 2007 and under new ownership since July 2025. Sand volleyball is central to the place, with two courts, league play and drop-in nights. Inside and out, there is a patio, pool tables and plenty of TVs for game days, and it is an official Iowa State watch bar.

The menu covers wings in a range of sauces and dry rubs, tater tot totchos, burgers, a pulled pork sandwich, tacos, smothered burritos and house-made pork green chili. The restaurant describes an all-you-can-eat wings day on Wednesdays and offers a weekday happy hour with drink and food deals. Groups can book birthdays, team parties and corporate outings, including volleyball court rentals.
