The Egg of Estes is an independent breakfast and lunch restaurant at 393 E Elkhorn Ave in Estes Park. It was formerly a location of The Egg and I and is now locally owned. The menu covers omelettes, eggs Benedict, pancakes, waffles, breakfast burritos and a fresh juice bar, with several dishes marked vegetarian or gluten friendly. The restaurant says it sources ingredients locally whenever it can.
On busy mornings, especially between 8 and 10 am and on weekends, there can be a wait, and the restaurant accepts call-aheads to add you to the waiting list.
