T’s Smokehouse and Grill

T's Smokehouse & Grill is a barbecue restaurant and catering service at 1157 Greene St in downtown Silverton, Colorado. The kitchen specializes in hickory-smoked barbecue alongside Southern, Creole and Cajun dishes, and the restaurant describes its bread pudding as a house favorite. It also pours a large selection of Abita beer and specialty frozen drinks.

The owners, both chefs from New Orleans, started T's in Durango in 2010 and moved it to Silverton in May 2025. It runs seasonally from May through October, with a large dog-friendly outdoor dining area. Catering menus include pulled pork, brisket, ribs, andouille sausage, jambalaya, etouffee and crawfish or shrimp boils, with dietary requests accommodated.
