Tin Plate Pizza is a full-service pizza restaurant at 110 S Ridge St in Breckenridge, set in a historic mining cabin in the Historic District. The kitchen makes sourdough pizzas from dough that cold-ferments for 72 hours, with house-made sausage, sauces and bread. Appetizers, seasonal salads, craft cocktails and local beer round out the menu, and a gluten-free crust is available.
