Description
Woody's Q Shack is a barbecue restaurant at 703 Main St in Alamosa, Colorado. According to its own story, the cooking grew out of a backyard hobby that began in 2012, when a smoker was a Christmas gift, and later moved into the competition barbecue circuit. The restaurant says it has earned awards on the KCBS circuit, including a Grand Champion title at the 2018 SLV Beat the Heat BBQ competition.
The menu centers on smoked brisket and pulled pork, along with house-made sides and sauces. Online ordering and catering are available, and the website lists seasonal pre-order items such as a Thanksgiving menu.
