Castle Rock Collective is a coffee shop and shopping space at 207 Perry St in Castle Rock, Colorado, run by two organizations working together: Wellspring & Co. Coffee and the World Orphans Market. Wellspring & Co. creates meaningful work for adults with special needs, whom it calls STARS. The coffee is freshly roasted and shipped from Antigua, Guatemala.
Baked goods come from the Wellspring & Co. Bakery, a commercial bakery where the STARS make cookies and pastries. While you have a drink, you can browse handmade items from artisans in World Orphans programs in Guatemala and South Africa, or take home whole or ground coffee in bags sewn by women in the Guatemala program. Volunteer opportunities are also available.
