Big Bill's New York Pizza is a neighborhood pizzeria at 8243 S Holly St in Centennial, Colorado, near the corner of County Line Road. The kitchen makes hand-tossed, thin-crust New York style pizza, plus calzones, salads and Italian-inspired pasta entrees. A gluten-free crust and gluten-free spaghetti are available.
Bill Ficke opened the restaurant in 1995. Each September 11, the restaurant holds a Day of Giving, with donations going to the JoAnn B. Ficke Cancer Foundation. Takeout is available, and guests can order by phone or in person.
