Cactus Jack’s Saloon & Grill

Cactus Jack's Saloon & Grill is a locally owned, independent bar and grill at 4651 County Hwy 73 in Evergreen, Colorado. The restaurant says it has been serving the community since 2001, when Gary took over from the original owner, Allen Major, known as Cactus Jack. Its own materials describe a menu of burgers and Colorado brews, with local bands playing through the week.

The building is nearly 100 years old and sits at the corner of Highway 73 and 74. A large creekside deck runs along Bear Creek. Live music is part of the week, and a happy hour is offered.
