Description
Burnt Toast is a chef-driven breakfast and brunch restaurant at 112 N Nevada Ave in downtown Colorado Springs, across from City Hall. It opened in 2022 and has a second location on North Academy Boulevard. The menu centers on morning classics with a modern twist, including avocado toast, scrambles, French toast flights, biscuits and gravy, breakfast burritos and Southwestern-inspired dishes. Breakfast is served all day, with lunch available midday, and most of the menu can be prepared gluten-friendly.
The full bar pours mimosa flights, brunch margaritas, Bloody Marys and coffee drinks made with the restaurant's own roast. Dine-in, takeout and a kids menu are available, and dogs are welcome on the patio. Call ahead for large groups.
