Description
Chubbys is a Mexican restaurant with a location at 7310 Federal Blvd in Westminster, Colorado. The family-run brand dates to 1984, when Julian T. Cordova took over The Original Chubbys Mexican Food from the business his grandmother, Stella Cordova, built from a burger drive-in.
The menu centers on smothered burritos, green chile, smothered fries, tacos, enchiladas, chile rellenos and quesadillas. Breakfast burritos are served all day. The restaurant also offers delivery, online ordering and catering, including fry trays and build-your-own taco bars, and keeps late-night hours at some locations.
