Description
511 Rose is a saloon and restaurant at 511 Rose St in Georgetown, Colorado, set in a building from the 1800s. Owner Ron Grady bought it in 2020 and restored it, bringing back the original main-level floor and creating an upstairs Treasure Room from items found in the building. The front porch looks out toward a barn with old cars in the yard.
Live music starts at 5pm Thursday through Sunday. The tables, chairs and wall art are for sale. The restaurant does not take reservations. Check the website for the menu.
