Description
Wing Shack is a Northern Colorado wing restaurant that began in a small shack in 2004 and has grown to a family of locations across Colorado and Wyoming. This is the Lory Student Center location at 1101 Center Ave Mall on the Colorado State University campus in Fort Collins.
The menu centers on bone-in wings, described as fresh and never frozen, and breaded boneless wings, tossed in a choice of 16 house sauces and dry rubs that range from mild to very hot. Beyond wings, there are crinkle cut and waffle fries, asado fries, chicken and veggie nuggets, salads, sandwiches and wraps, plus kids' meals and desserts like mini churros and funnel cake fries. Pickup and delivery are available through online ordering, and catering is offered.
