MB’s Something Sweet

MB's Something Sweet is a veteran-owned ice cream shop at 15 Spectrum Loop in Colorado Springs, specializing in handcrafted rolled ice cream. Every order starts from a vanilla base the shop says is made fresh and sourced locally, and a dairy-free option is also available.

The menu features signature rolls such as the Willdozer with crushed Oreo, Mint Condition with Andes mint, Funky Monkey with banana and Nutella, and Get S'mored with toasted marshmallow. Guests can also build their own roll by choosing three mix-ins, and seasonal flavors like Frosted Pumpkin Pie appear on the menu. Rolls are also available to go. The shop notes that its equipment touches wheat, nuts and dairy, so it cannot offer allergen-free areas. Only service animals are allowed inside.
