Caffeinated Cow is a family- and veteran-owned coffee and ice cream shop at 1791 S 8th St in Colorado Springs. The menu pairs espresso drinks with ice cream: a latte topped with a scoop of ice cream, and a scoop of ice cream with hot espresso poured over it, called COW-lorado Style. Ice cream flavors change daily, and the shop also makes milkshakes, floats and sundaes.
