Storybook Brewing

Storybook Brewing is a brewery on North El Paso Street in Colorado Springs, with a rotating beer board that includes a pale ale, an American red ale, a honey wheat made with strawberries and local honey, and a coffee porter.

The brewery does not run its own kitchen. Instead, a changing schedule of food trucks parks on site through the week, with some evenings open for private booking. Reservations are accepted, and Storybook posts its current beer board and truck lineup on its website.
