Lupita's Cantina, which now goes by Lupita's Taco Temple, is a taco restaurant at 102 E Main St in Oak Creek, Colorado. It began in 2009 as a roadside taco stand on Highway 131 and describes its fish tacos as the dish that brought early attention, including a 2011 feature in Sunset Magazine. The kitchen also makes its own bottled hot sauces, such as Sweet Chili and Tangy Tomatillo.
