Tibet’s Restaurant & Bar

Tibet's Restaurant & Bar serves traditional Tibetan and Himalayan cooking at 321 McCaslin Blvd in Louisville. Dishes are made fresh to order, from single servings to family-style portions, and the kitchen accommodates gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan diets. The menu includes steamed momo dumplings, homemade Tibetan noodles, tikka masala and an appetizer sampler of pakoras, samosas and rolls, with desserts such as kulfi and chocolate cake.

The dining room is decorated with handmade masks, Thangka scrolls and natural elements like rock, wood and water. The restaurant partners with the Colorado Tibetan Culture Association. A food truck is also available for events and private gatherings, and online ordering is offered. Plenty of parking is available.
