Skull Creek Greek

Skull Creek Greek is a locally owned, Greek-inspired restaurant downstairs in Old Town Square at 635 Lincoln Avenue in Steamboat Springs. The menu centers on grilled pitas, plates built with brown rice, salad mix and sides, salads, dips and baklava. Classics like gyro, chicken shawarma and falafel sit alongside signature pitas that pair ingredients such as feisty feta, apple cabbage slaw and flavored aiolis.

Guests can dine in, order online for pickup or delivery, or book catering. Catering comes two ways: build-your-own spreads in hotel pans for pickup, or full-service food-truck-style catering with The Wagon, which has served festivals, concerts and weddings around the Yampa Valley. Vegetarian and vegan choices are marked on the menu.
