Description
Fogo de Chão is a Brazilian steakhouse in Denver's Lower Downtown, at 1513 Wynkoop St, about a block south of Union Station. The restaurant is built around churrasco, the technique of roasting cuts of meat over an open flame. In the Full Churrasco Experience, Gaucho Chefs carve fire-roasted meats such as picanha, filet mignon, ribeye and lamb at the table, alongside a Market Table of salads and vegetables, a feijoada bar and Brazilian sides like pão de queijo (cheese bread).
The Denver location seats over 300 guests and has four private rooms and a Fireside Lounge. Lunch, dinner and weekend brunch are served, and there is an all-day happy hour at Bar Fogo Monday through Thursday. Reservations, online ordering, takeout, delivery and catering are available. This is one location of the Fogo de Chão brand.
