Description
Tokyo Joe's is a fast-casual spot serving Japanese and Asian-inspired food, with rice and noodle bowls, made-to-order sushi rolls, poke bowls, salads and small bites like spring rolls, potstickers and edamame. This location is at 7495 N Academy Blvd in Colorado Springs. The brand started in Colorado in 1996 and says it grills or steams its food instead of using deep fryers.
Bowls can be built to order, and the menu includes kids meals and a weekends-only bento box. Takeout, delivery, online ordering and catering with bowl bars, poke bars, bento boxes and sushi platters are all available.
