Smokin' Dave's BBQ is a barbecue restaurant at 820 Moraine Avenue in Estes Park, Colorado. This is the original location of the brand, which opened in Estes Park in 2007 and now has five Colorado locations. The menu centers on slow-smoked meats like pulled pork, brisket and St. Louis-style ribs, served on platters with two sides and cornbread, as well as sandwiches, wraps and burgers.

Beyond barbecue, the kitchen also turns out Southern catfish, chicken fried steak, fish 'n chips and hickory-smoked wings tossed in a choice of sauces. The restaurant says each location pours a rotating lineup of draft beers, and it sells its gluten-free, all-natural BBQ sauce in jars to take home. Takeout, online ordering and catering are available.
