Description
Lima Coffee Roasters' Midtown location is both a coffee shop and a roastery at 4229 S Mason St in Fort Collins. The business has roasted coffee in Fort Collins since 2018 and pours it in three shops around town.
The founders, Diego and Amanda Lima, describe a family business built around serving the community through coffee. The roasters aim to bring out each coffee's natural character, offering a blend for creamy espresso as well as single origins suited to pour over. Catering and online ordering are available, and the website also sells beans for shipping.
