Description
The Periodic Table at Catamount Ranch & Club is an open-to-the-public restaurant in Steamboat Springs that reinvents itself each winter and summer. Rather than sticking to one style, it explores dining periods and locales from around the world, pairing a different theme each season with fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.
The current summer concept is La Costa, a Baja coastal kitchen inspired by mesquite-grilled fish, citrus-bright ceviches and fire-roasted salsas, set against views of the Steamboat mountains. Dinner and a happy hour are served Wednesday through Sunday, and reservations are accepted. Separate drinks, sweets, wine and kids menus are available on the website.
