Omelets Etc is a family-run breakfast and lunch restaurant at 1616 S 8th St in Colorado Springs. Juan and Robin Madera opened this west-side location in 2010, and it was the first of four Omelets Etc restaurants in the Colorado Springs and Falcon area.
