Gemini

Gemini is a Spanish restaurant at 1115 Pearl St in Boulder, on the historic Pearl Street Mall. The kitchen takes cues from Barcelona and San Sebastian, serving traditional tapas such as patatas bravas, pan con tomate, albóndigas and boquerones, plus larger plates like octopus, cauliflower a la plancha and Basque braised lamb. The menu follows the seasons and uses sustainably farmed meats and produce from Colorado purveyors.

The drink list centers on organic, low-intervention wines from Spain and the West Coast, along with sangria, classic cocktails and Colorado craft beer. Reservations are accepted, and the restaurant offers a windowed front room, a bar area and full buyouts for group dinners and events. Brunch and lunch menus are offered alongside dinner.
