Wiley Roots Brewing Company

Wiley Roots Brewing Company is an independent craft brewery at 625 3rd St in downtown Greeley, Colorado. It began in 2013 with a homebrew system in a family horse barn and now pours lagers, IPAs, stouts, fruited sours, frozen drinks, seltzer cocktails, mocktails and non-alcoholic beers. It describes its brewing as experimental, with barrel-aged and mixed-culture beers in the mix.

The taproom has no kitchen, so local food trucks park outside, with regulars including Penny's Gourmet Sandwiches, Iron & Ember BBQ and Merris Bros Pretzels. Guests can sit on the patio, join weekly and monthly events, or reserve space for a private party. A brewery cat named Midnight lives in the taproom.
