Description
Boulder Coffee Cafe is a coffee shop at 643 San Juan St in downtown Pagosa Springs, Colorado. It brews certified organic coffee roasted by Desert Sun Coffee Roasters in Durango and also pours nitro cold brew, espresso drinks, smoothies and frappes. Baked goods are made in house, with cinnamon rolls, scones, cookies and banana bread among the regulars.
The food menu covers breakfast burritos, bagel sandwiches, quiche, biscuits and gravy, plus lunch quesadillas, wraps, paninis, salads and soup, with a build-your-own option and a kids menu. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available. The cafe also sells local artisanal items. Jerry and Debi Hilsabeck, who took over the cafe in 2010, moved it to its current location in 2017.
