Description
Finkel & Garf Brewing Co. is a family-owned craft brewery and tap room at 5455 Spine Rd in Boulder, founded in 2014. A 15-barrel brew house supplies the tap room as well as bars, restaurants and liquor stores around Colorado, while a smaller 3-barrel system handles experimental batches and tap room exclusives.
The core lineup includes an Oatmeal Milk Stout that took a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival in 2017, a West Coast-style IPA, a Red IPA, an American Lager and a Dry Hopped Amber. The brewery also releases dozens of limited beers each year, many of them brewed only once.
