Big Trout Brewing Company

Big Trout Brewing Company is a family-owned brewpub at Cooper Creek Square in downtown Winter Park, beside the Winter Park Transit Center. The taproom pours house-brewed IPAs, pale ales, lagers, ambers, a Kölsh, wheats, browns, porters and stouts, and has a patio overlooking the courtyard. The brewery has collected several Colorado State Fair medals, and its brewhouse is built to cut water waste and get more from each batch of grain.

The kitchen serves shareables like pretzels with beer cheese and potstickers, personal pizzas, house-smoked wings, grilled sandwiches, soups and salads, plus a kids' menu. Vegetarian items are marked on the menu, and a gluten-free pizza crust is offered. Dine-in and takeout are available, and catering is also offered.
