Description
Gino Panino is a sandwich line from Rebel Bread, the Denver bakery at 675 S Broadway. It launched in October 2024 and is named for the founder's grandfather, Nonno Gino. The sandwiches are built on sourdough focaccia made with Colorado heritage grains, and each one is named for an important woman in the founders' lives.
Breakfast is the focus. The Giada pairs egg souffle, crisped pancetta, tomato butter and a Cacio e Pepe spread, and a new Halle breakfast sandwich with pork sausage and scrambled egg is joining the lineup. The bakery says the Gino Panino name is being retired and its sandwiches folded into Rebel Bread. Catering and online ordering are available, and breakfast is served.
