Blue Ribbon Bar-B-Que

Blue Ribbon Bar-B-Que is a mobile barbecue trailer based in Montrose, Colorado, serving Texas-style smoked meats cooked "low and slow." The menu centers on mesquite-smoked brisket, hickory-smoked pulled pork and applewood-smoked baby back ribs, served with Texas-style fixins on sandwiches, plates, tacos and baked potatoes.

The business began in 2003 as a catering operation started by Harold and Yvonne Williamson, and their daughter Sherry Merritt relaunched it as a food truck in 2014. The trailer appears at festivals and special events across Colorado's western slope in summer, and catering is available for groups of any size.
