Kenichi

Kenichi is a sushi and Japanese restaurant at 533 E Hopkins Ave #2 in Aspen, which its website places at the base of Aspen Mountain. The menu's house favorites include a yellowtail and otoro serrano sashimi with basil yuzu soy, tuna tataki, and a wagyu hot rock dish where diners sear thin slices of Snake River Wagyu at the table. The Dynamo and Greentail rolls are described as the most popular.

Takeout orders start at 5 p.m. on a first-call, first-served basis, though they may be cut off when the restaurant is fully booked. Kenichi also offers partial and full restaurant buyouts for events, plus a private tatami room for groups.
