Description
Proto's Pizza serves pizza at 4670 Broadway St in Boulder, one of several Colorado locations that also include Broomfield, Denver, Gunbarrel, Lafayette and Longmont. The brand began in Longmont in November 1999, when founder Pam Proto set out to make the thin crust, bubbly and charred style of pizza she remembered from Boston.
The company describes a full dining experience with table service, linen napkins, wine and a full bar. The Boulder location has a menu and online ordering through the restaurant's website.
