Eclectic Bar and Grill

Eclectic Bar and Grill is a bar and grill at 501 Blue River Parkway in Silverthorne, Colorado. The owners opened it in 2021 after taking over the former Murphy's and Fun Hog space, and the name reflects the mix of influences behind both the decor and the menu, which was created by Chef Kevin Caudill with a few staples from the owners.

The menu runs from small plates like avocado eggrolls, tuna and salmon poke, and house smoked wings to burgers, a smoked gyro, Tennessee fried chicken, and a pulled pork sandwich. There is also a kids menu, a cocktail list, Colorado draft beers, and a happy hour. Live music is part of the schedule, and the restaurant says it works with vendors who deliver fresh, sustainable products. Call to reserve a table.
