Small Town Mini Donuts is a made-to-order donut shop at 166 S Main St in Elizabeth, Colorado. Mini donuts are made when you order them and come in half-dozen or dozen boxes, with Classic and Signature flavors that differ in how many toppings they carry. Drinks include locally roasted coffee from Crow Foot Valley Coffee in Castle Rock.
The shop sits in the front lobby of the original Elizabeth Hotel on historic Main Street. There is indoor seating, plus a courtyard with a waterfall and a fire pit. The Lamb family owns the shop and says it wants to keep the welcoming feel the community already knows. Party platters and catering are available for groups with 24 hours' notice, and the website has the menu.
