Snarf's Sandwiches is a family-owned sandwich brand that began in Boulder in 1996 and now operates locations in Colorado, Missouri and Texas. The menu centers on oven-toasted sandwiches made to order with sliced meats and cheeses, fresh-chopped vegetables, a giardiniera pepper blend and house-baked bread in white, wheat or gluten-free. Entree salads, rotating soups, kid-sized sandwiches and vegetarian options round out the offerings.
