Description
Fox and The Hen is an all-day breakfast and brunch restaurant at 2257 W 32nd Ave in Denver's LoHi area. It was started by Carrie Baird and Michael Fox, who describe their approach as classic American breakfast with lighthearted twists, plus a fondness for boozy brunch drinks.
The menu runs from fancy toasts such as avocado toast and a tuna melt to signature plates like pork green chile huevos rancheros, a chorizo-and-egg burrito smothered in red ranchero, and stuffed French toast. There are also omelettes, side pieces like hashbrowns and pancakes, and separate coffee, mimosa, Bloody Mary, beer and cocktail menus. Reservations, online ordering and catering are available. A 20% service charge is added to the bill.
