Break Bread

Break Bread is a secular nonprofit food charity in Littleton, Colorado, serving free community meals to anyone who wants to share a table. Its meals come with no ID, paperwork or questions. Founded in 2017 by neighbors including members of Littleton United Methodist Church, the program says it has served more than 150,000 meals over eight years.

After a pause that began in October 2025, it relaunched in April 2026 with weekly to-go meals at East Community Center, 5933 S Fairfield St. The organization plans to bring back weekly in-person dining in July, and it relies on volunteers and community partners to prepare and serve the food.
