Apres Burger Bistro

Après Burger Bistro is a full-service restaurant at 2500 Village Dr in Steamboat Springs, near the ski slopes at the corner of Après Ski Way and Village Drive. The menu centers on half-pound Certified Angus Beef burgers such as The Bomb, Cali and Mighty Mushroom, with bison, chicken and Impossible patties and gluten-free buns as alternatives. Starters, salads, seafood and bison entrees round out the offerings, along with local beers on tap, wine and cocktails.
