Original Pancake House

Original Pancake House on East Harmony Road in Fort Collins serves breakfast cooked to order, with an Apple Pancake and a Dutch Baby, both oven-baked, among its signature dishes. The menu also covers buttermilk, sourdough and Swedish pancakes, crepes, brioche French toast, oven-baked omelettes, biscuits and gravy, and honey-cured bacon. The restaurant says it makes its pancake batter daily from its own sourdough starter and prepares its syrups and fresh-squeezed juices in-house.

The menu includes a kids section plus vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, with many pancakes available gluten-free. Dine in or order takeout by phone, and catering is available. It opened in 2014 as one location of the Original Pancake House family, which began in Portland, Oregon in 1953, and it is run by local owner-operators.
