The PZA

The PZA is a takeout pizza shop at 644 Santa Fe Dr in Denver's Santa Fe Arts District. The kitchen makes pies from a sourdough that is naturally leavened and cold fermented over several days, with a Napolitana-inspired, East Coast-style crust that is crispy outside and chewy inside. Pies come in 14-inch sourdough or 12-inch gluten-free.

The menu mixes classic and creative pies, including Margherita, Pepperoni, a vegan option, and a build-your-own pie. Snacks and sides include brined wings, mozzarella sticks and a Caesar salad.
