Tokyo Joe’s

Tokyo Joe's is a fast casual restaurant that began in Colorado and serves Japanese and Asian-inspired food. The menu covers made-to-order sushi rolls, poke bowls, signature rice and noodle bowls, salads and small bites such as spring rolls, potstickers and edamame. The brand says it cooks by grilling or steaming rather than deep frying.

This location is at 14227 W Colfax Ave in Lakewood. Takeout, delivery and online ordering are available, and catering is offered with bowl and poke bars, bento boxes and sushi platters.
