Upslope Brewing Apres is a brewery taproom in Silverthorne, Colorado, set at the central bar of Bluebird Market on Blue River Parkway. It is the Summit County outpost of Boulder-based Upslope Brewing, which describes its beer as a way to cap off a day of skiing, hiking or time on the water.
The bar pours 12 taps of Upslope beer, along with a hard yerba mate craft tea, Spiked Snowmelt hard seltzers and cocktail-inspired Hard Sippers. Reservations and catering are available, and guests must be 21 or older to come inside.
