Fattoria

Fattoria is an Italian restaurant at 48 E Beaver Creek Blvd in Avon, Colorado, near Vail. The kitchen grows produce in its own garden and orchard and cooks from it seasonally, alongside a menu of pastas, seafood and meat dishes such as lasagna, pappardelle Bolognese, branzino, veal saltimbocca and ribeye. Desserts include tiramisu and a clementine torta.
