Marco's Coal Fired is a Neapolitan-style pizzeria at 2129 Larimer St in Denver, one of two locations under the Marco's Coal-Fired name. The restaurant says it was Colorado's first pizzeria certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, and that its pizzamakers were trained by the Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napolitani. The kitchen uses Caputo '00' flour and San Marzano tomatoes from Italy, along with Colorado produce.
