Description
Gilded Goat Brewing Company is a family-owned craft brewery and taproom on West Mountain Avenue in Fort Collins' Old Town. The brewers make ales and lagers with Colorado water, malt and yeast, and describe their approach as a blend of traditional brewing and microbiology, backed by an in-house quality control lab.
The Old Town taproom pours a rotating selection that changes with season and availability. Beyond beer, it hosts weekly Thursday trivia, Friday bingo and occasional classes, and it offers a mezzanine that can be reserved for private events. Beer is also sold to go in cans, crowlers and growlers. A second Gilded Goat location operates in Midtown Fort Collins.
