BurnDown

BurnDown is an American gastropub and bar at 476 S Broadway in Denver. The restaurant takes its name from a fire that swept through the furniture shop once housed in the building; many of the charred original beams were preserved and now sit alongside distressed brick in a space the restaurant calls otherwise modern.

The menu centers on shareable small plates, entrees and desserts, with local beers, wines on draft and a cocktail list. Weekend brunch is offered, and the venue includes a second-floor lounge, an atrium stage, a third-floor courtyard and a roof deck. Music programming on weekends features local artists and touring bands. Reservations, online ordering and catering are available, and private events can be arranged.
