Three Barrel Brewing Co is a family-owned craft brewery and tasting room at 475 Grand Ave in Del Norte, Colorado. Opened in 2005, it makes small-batch beer using San Luis Valley malt, local hops and mountain water, with core and seasonal brews plus sours and collaborations.
The kitchen turns out wood-fired pizzas, paninis, salads, seasonal soups and desserts. Kids can order a hand-crafted root beer or cream soda, and wine, house sangria and a draft cocktail are available for anyone skipping beer. In summer, the patio welcomes well-behaved dogs, with a shade station and water. Takeout is available, and a full menu is on the website.
